The latest incarnation of Akira Toriyama’s manga, Dragon Ball Super is still widely popular more than 30 years since the release of the original manga. Earlier this month, the plot summary for episodes 55, 56, and 57 was revealed and includes exciting developments regarding the Black Goku plot.
According to Attack of the Fanboy, there was no episode last Sunday. Fuji TV is currently covering the events at the Rio Olympics. Dragon Ball Super will resume airing on August 21 after the conclusion of the 2016 Summer Olympics.
Dragon Ball Super Episode 55
The episode 55 summary entails Goku meeting the Supreme King. After receiving the message that the Supreme King wants to meet him, God of Destruction Beerus warns the Saiyan.
If the Supreme King is upset, it could destroy the Universe. Beerus seems terrified by the prospect, but Goku is not worried at all. What could be the reason for the Supreme King has summoned Goku?
Dragon Ball Super Episode 56
Episode 56 airs on August 28th and will feature the battle between Goku and Black Goku. Black Goku has also achieved a new form called “Super Saiyan Rose,” which could prove to be problematic for the Saiyans.
According to the plot summary, Future Trunks’ time machine has been fixed after which Goku, Vegeta and Future Trunks goes to the future. They arrive in a ruined city and meet some members of the resistance, as well as someone unexpected.
Dragon Ball Super Episode 57
Episode 57 airs on September 4th and will feature Goku transform into his Super Saiyan Blue form. This episode will be the continuation of Goku’s battle against Black Goku as the Saiyan goes all out to defeat the mysterious enemy.
