Another Jackass member has bid farewell from this world. Last Sunday, Don Vito Margera, the uncle of Bam Margera, lost his life due to a series of health complications. He is the second cast member of the famous “Jackass” crew who has died these recent years.
As reported by Rolling Stone, the frequently pranked Don Vito Margera, the uncle of Bam Margera, who also starred in the hit MTV Series “Viva La Bam,” bid farewell to his colleagues last November 15, 2015.
Bam’s mother, April, was the one who came forward with the news to TMZ, who stated that his brother-in-law had been experiencing a series of health complications ranging from kidney to liver failure for several years already. In fact, he was in a coma last October. Despite his recovery from the said health condition, he remained under critical circumstances which led to his death.
The cast and crew of “Jackass” have relayed their condolences on their respective social media accounts to show their love and support for Bam’s kin who they regarded as their extended family.
As reported by Us Magazine, Don Vito, also known as Vincent, had been appearing in several episodes of “Viva La Bam” where he was frequently pranked by his nephew Bam. Furthermore, he also starred in the “Vito and Dunn’s Rock Tour” last 2006, a memorial concert for the “Jackass” crew’s late member, Ryan Dunn.
Last June of 2011, the “Jackass” crew first bid their goodbyes to Dunn, one of the personalities in the movie franchise. He lost his life through an alcohol-related car accident which came as a shock to the rest of the “Jackass” cast.
At present, Bam has been under the radar since he was found guilty of two counts of sexual assault on a minor. His sentence comprise of 10 years of “serious probation” that dismantle him from continuing his pranks on his late uncle, Vincent “Don Vito.”
