Google is all set to deliver its latest offering to corporate users. The new Google Chromebook to be made by Dell will be dedicated for corporate use.
Google unveiled its latest Dell Chromebook 13 Thursday and it will be on sale from September 17 this year.
The price of this Google Chromebook will range from $400 to $900. Google previously teamed up with Hisense and Haier to make bare bones Chromebooks sold at the price range of $150. This time, the company has taken a leap in terms of price and features.
The cheap Chromebook by Google was a great addition to classrooms with more students being able to afford it. However, the corporate world was not interested.

The specs of 13-inch Dell Chromebook
Dell Chromebook 13 will offer more flexibility to users in terms of running apps. More control for corporate administrators is introduced which will help limit access for workers. The new machines will have 1080p screen with Celeron, Core i3, or Core i5 processor. The RAM can vary among 2GB, 4GB and 8 GB. You can choose a hard disk capacity of either 16GB or 32GB.
Google is not quite new to Chromebook. Since 2011, several companies are working with Google to produce lightweight Chromebook with Google operating system. Asus Chromebook Flip and Chromebook Pixel are in the market already.
Google is all set to splinter under the umbrella of Alphabet, a new entity created just a while ago. Chromebook will still be under Google and will continue to make sure Microsoft gets a good competition from them.
