The short term, 15 year fixed rate mortgage loans can be availed by bearing an interest charge of 3.500% and an APR yield of 3.811%. An even shorter, 10 year fixed rate mortgage loan is provided by the lender at an interest rate of 3.375%, yielding an APR of 3.823%.
Sometimes, borrowers face trouble in obtaining home loans due to their poor credit history or inability to make heavy down payments. US Bank Corp understands the plight of such borrowers and provides FHA insured, 30 year fixed rate home loans at against in interest charge of 4.375% and an APR yield of 4.879%.
