The court sided with Chris Brown to have a joint custody on his daughter Royalty and declined ex Nia Guzman’s request of full custody.
The 27-year-old singer’s ex Nia Guzman was not granted full custody by the Californian court and was also ordered to pay back Chris Brown with all the lawyer fees he shelled out for her.
TMZ said that Nia Guzman, 33, wanted full custody of Royalty and requested Chris Brown’s visits to be monitored.
The model also requested the court not to let Chris Brown’s mother see Royalty as well as have the singer take drug tests.
Nia Guzman also lost her request to have a change in custody when Chris Brown paid her $20,000 for lawyer fees.
She also sought child support from $2,500 a month to a whopping $15,000 a month, Vibe said.
This was also scrapped by the court.
Chris Brown and ex Nia Guzman’s court battle over their custody with Royalty started when the former model accused the Superhuman hit maker that he is unfit to take care of their child without supervision.
In May, Chris Brown won the battle, with the judge ruling that he can still continue the arrangements he made with Nia Guzman.
Chris Brown has also blasted his ex over sharing Royalty’s photo in what seemed to be inappropriate clothing.
The child, who was in her ballet class, was wearing a black tutu skirt and leg warmers.
“It’s crazy to me that a parent would be OK dressing our daughter like she 16. I ain’t cool with that. She is 2!!!” Chris Brown said.
But Nia Guzman came to her defense saying, “If anybody thinks something is wrong with a baby… mad at the world in dance class… in her TUTU… U need to go pray! #Namaste.”
Chris Brown did not stop from hitting back his ex, as her replied, “Dance class is fine even with the leotard.. the pics just looks risky in my opinion, this isn’t a debate.”
