Engaged “The Bachelor” couple Ben Higgins and Laura Bushnell will be having their own spinoff. This will reveal how they will prepare for their wedding and their life after it.
“The Bachelor” spinoff entitled “Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After” will tackle how the couple will arrange their wedding. The spinoff will also show how Ben Higgins and Laura Bushnell will adjust to their married life in Denver.
Lauren Bushnell dished out that “The Bachelor” spinoff was something they did not expect.
“It was something that came about very organically,” the 26-year-old flight attendant said to Entertainment Weekly. “It’s not something Ben or myself have dreamt of.”
The couple said they first weighed in the pros and cons of having their married life shared to the world, reluctant initially. However, Lauren Bushnell said that this will be a good way to share their love story.
“It didn’t really seem all that different than what we’re already doing now and I think it will be a great way hopefully for Ben and I to just share our story and do some wedding planning and involve all the people who have watched us and supported us along the way,” the reality star said.
Meanwhile, Ben Higgins said that he wanted to pursue politics and in advocating the causes he believes in within the community. He wants to do this while their spinoff is going on.
“Most of my life I’ve been interested in the issues that are surrounding the areas that I live in,” he said before adding, “the things that are affecting the community, and also just being involved in a community.”
Lauren Bushnell is also open to becoming a blogger as she loves beauty and fashion topics. She also looks forward to getting more creative by studying interior design.
The couple seemed to getting stronger in their relationship despite rumors that they are about to split due to Jojo Fletcher.
Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell spinoff will be released this October on Freeform.
