President Barack Obama Thinks He Is Tyrion Lannister Of Game of Thrones

US President Barack Obama is a fan of “Game of Thrones.” He thinks he is Tyrion Lannister!

In a Buzz Feed video on YouTube, he considers naming the characters more difficult than registering for a political exercise i.e. voting for the US presidential elections. The video was a promotional video to encourage US citizens to vote.

In the video, President Barack Obama enumerated five things more difficult to do than registering to vote. They were naming dead characters on “Game of Thrones”, untangling headphones, game operation gadgets, making a friendship bracelet and stacking cheerios.

According to Vanity Fair, the president has goofed around several times to create awareness of political issues. Being a fan of the show, he has favorites and he admitted that his favorite is Jon Snow. The reason is because he can pronounce his name. The reason he cannot enumerate characters who were dead is because they have names that are hard to pronounce.

He also shared that he compares himself with Tyrion Lannister because he is excellent politically. The president said that he knows how the show runs but cannot identify characters correctly. He reads the show’s reviews.

This is a compliment for the show runners because he really is a fan of the show. In fact, when the previous season ended, he asked one of the directors of the show if he really killed Jon Snow. David Nutter revealed a spoiler when he said that Jon snow will be coming back. And indeed, he was revived back to life in season 6.

“Game of Thrones” has just ended and will be back on the screen again after ten months. President Barack Obama is one of those fans who are willing to wait that long to know the rest of the story.
