AT&T has announced that customers will be able to nab the phone starting June 12. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active release date was announced with the online booking link here. You can book the order for Camo Blue, Camo White or Grey.

Jeff Bradley, senior vice president, Device Marketing and Developer Services, AT&T Mobility, said, “The Galaxy S6 active is the best Galaxy S6 in the market. It combines all the premium features of the Galaxy S6, but also is durable enough to handle wear and tear. You can’t find this device – with its combination of performance, dependability, and 4G LTE reliability — with any other carrier. And on top of that, our customers will be able to choose between two cool new colors – camo white and camo blue.”

Samsung Galaxy S6 Active comes with a high-power battery of 3500 mAh, unlike Samsung Galaxy S6. This feature may drive a lot of users toward it. The battery can be charged with a wireless charger in case you run out of power.

One of the key features of the new model from Samsung is that it is IP68 rated dustproof and waterproof. The mobile will stay dry for 30 minutes in depths of up to 1.5 meters. The 5.1-inch smartphone has a quad HD Super AMOLED display with PPI of 577.

The new Samsung Galaxy S6 comes with a 16 megapixel rear and 5 mega pixel front camera. The 64-bit octa core processor coupled with 32GB internal storage makes it a smart gadget. With the latest operating system Android Lollipop 5.0.2, the phone is sure to make a difference.

AT&T has also announced that it will be possible for qualified customers to get the mobile for zero down payment. AT&T Next will make the device available for $23.17 with 30 device payments. The payment for Next 18 will be $28.96 per month for 24 months, while it will be $34.75 for Next 12 with 20 payment schedules.
