Asus ZenUI Now Ready For Most Android Phones, Company Releases ROG STRIX RX 480

Owners of Android phones with Android 4.3 or later operating systems can now get a new launcher through the Asus ZenUI. The ZenUI has previously been available only on Asus ZenFone handsets, but was not available via the Google Play for download.

Asus ZenUI

What’s great about the ZenUI is that people can do a lot of things with it. Some of these include changing icons, effects, and fonts. Furthermore, Asus is offering a number of themes available for download.

According to Phone Arena, the launcher could be considered fast and fluid, but people should expect it to be like the Google Now Launcher, which is simple and straightforward. It is also slightly different from the Nova Launcher, so for those who want to try it out, they may want to be prepared to get used to it first.

Nonetheless, the report adds that people will most certainly like how the launcher will nag the use to “protect their apps” through a security app called CM AppLock. Nonetheless, from the initial reactions of those who have used it, it seems that the ZenUI is offering a pretty good experience. The app’s Google Play rating is currently at 4.6 stats out of 5.

STRIX RX 480

Likewise, Asus has finally unveiled its upcoming Republic of Gamers STRIX RX 480, according to Windows Central. It will be the AMD Polaris GPU for the company.

What stands out from the Republic of Gamers STRIX RX 480 is that it produces less heat and more power compared to its predecessor AMD cards. The new STRIX RX 480 will be ideal for users who are looking to update or switch to the ROG family. Asus also included 8GB of GDDR5 VRAM.
