Arrow season 5 has its work cut out after the season 4 finale got a lot of flak. Stephen Amell and company will have to do something to win back the fan’s confidence interest and all that could come with a little help from the first two seasons.
Notable in season 4 was that Arrow and company had their fair share of the supernatural. Season 4 vented a bit away from the old school street fights that Ollie and his crew had.
As everyone knows, the metahuman superhero has gotten a lot of attention but his “Flashpoint” season could set some records straight. Though Arrow and the Flash will likely team up along with other shows, the changes in the timeline could affect even Queen and company.
Kicking Off Things in Russia
According to Screen Rant, season 5 of Arrow will see a lot of stunts with a shirtless Oliver Queen. The alleged “core mission” will be in focus though it remains to be seen how the producers intend to do that.
From the looks of it, the core mission is to restore order for the show which seems to be in disarray. There will be no more talented villains like Ra’s al Ghul (Matt Nable) or Damien Dhark” (Neal McDonough), which could mean more brawn power for Ollie and his new crew.
The Real Score with Olicity
With reference once more to the Arrow season 4 finale, many caught that last scene where it was only Ollie and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) as the remaining remnants of the team. John Diggle (David Ramsey) and Thea Queen (Willa Holland) opted, meaning there will be a whole new team for season 5.
Could there be a rekindling of flames between the two who almost tied the knot? Amell didn’t touch much on the matter though he did say via TV Line that ‘relationships don’t have to be defined by romance’.
Depending on how one looks at it, the old flames may not be back in play aside from short spells with both pretty much available at least for now. Arrow season 5 returns on October 5 on CW.
