Ariana Grande’s flawless impressions of Celine Dion, Shakira, Britney Spears, Whitney Houston, and more famous artists on “Saturday Night Live” was appreciated by everyone. Even the “My Heart Will Go On” hitmaker loved her performance.
On Tuesday, in an interview with New York’s Z100 Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, the “Bang Bang” singer hilariously shared how the five-time Grammy Award winner reacted to her performance, as reported by E Online. Taking on Dion’s French Canadian accent, Grande recalled, “When I met Celine, she was like, ‘When I saw you, I peed.’ It was so funny.”
Grande also talked about her hosting experience in SNL. “I had the most fun of my entire life,” she said. “It was one of the most exhausting and overwhelming weeks of my life, but every single moment was so much fun. I had the best time,” she added.
After having fun at New York’s Z100 Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, Grande proceeded to La Biblioteca (New York’s hotspot) and showed off some major PDA with her beau, Ricky Alvarez. Entertainment Tonight learned that the two were “all over each other all night.”
The singer’s singing chops can be heard again in a collaboration with Macy Gray. Grande confirmed this herself.
Gossip Cop reports that during her interview with Paul Cubby Bryant and Carolina Bermudez of WKTU, Grande confirmed that she collaborated a track with Gray called “Leave Me Lonely” for her upcoming album “Dangerous Woman.” She said, “I love one track called ‘Leave Me lonely.’
“It’s really special. My friend Victoria Monet penned it for me and my friend Tommy Brown was producer, and it features Macy Gray… and it’s a really special one!”
