Ever since we came to know about the 4-inch Apple iPhone, the new iPad Air and Apple Watch models; we are eager to know about their exact launch date. It seems we now have a date, and it is on March 15.
The tech firm is planning to host a special press event on that day, according to a report by Mark Gurman. Although the event is still one and a half months away, Gurman points out that the date could change anytime.
If earlier reports are to be considered, Apple will unveil a 4-inch phone likely to be called the iPhone 5se. It will include an A9 chipset and will have support for Apple Pay app and Live Photos. Sources claim that the iPhone 5se will be priced the same as its predecessor, iPhone 5s, starting at $450 for the 16GB variant. However, the price of the 64GB model has not been revealed yet.
The prequel to the 3rd generation iPad Air 3, the iPad Air 2, was unveiled in October 2014. After a long haul of almost one a half years, Apple fans can look forward to the upcoming 3rd gen. iPad Air 3 boasting new upgrades. This new device is expected to house the best features of the iPad Pro. It will include a Smart Connector and enhanced speakers. The possibility of a rear-LED flash on the device is strong.
As for the Apple Watch, there will be multiple new colored bands for the smart-wearable including rubber-made Sports bands, a black Milanese Loop and new Hermes bands. Rumors are rife that the Cupertino firm is testing a range of high-quality NATO-style nylon band, but the news is not confirmed yet.
According to The Verge, the highlighting part of the March launch event will be the new iPhone 5se, supposedly to embrace a host of innovative features. While predictions strongly hint at the March 15 launch date, we will have to wait a little more to find out if the date turns out real this time.
