John Cena was not faking while filming his first sex scene ever for the film “Trainwreck.” He was really “inside Amy Schumer,” the actress joked during her interview with Australia’s The Project talk show. John Cena, meanwhile, in a separate interview, said Amy was “fantastic.” Talk about jokes being half-meant.
‘He was actually doing it’ – Amy Schumer on sex scene with John Cena
Asked how she was able to keep a straight face while filming her sex scene with the wrestler, Amy said that the WWE star was not “faking it.” She joked that he was “actually doing it.”
“He was actually inside me. Apparently wrestlers, they’re not faking! He didn’t understand the whole acting thing,” Schumer said on The Project as reported by The Hollywood Life.
The show’s host, Peter Helliar, asked whether John was really inside Schumer’s “apartment.”
“Sure, if you want to call my vagina my apartment. I’m not from here. I don’t know what you guys [call it],” Amy joked more.
John Cena Finds Amy Schumer ‘fantastic’
In a separate interview with FOX411, John was asked what his hilarious sex scene with Amy was like.
“It was uncomfortable,” he said.
“I never thought I would get the part in the first place. Then I got the part and was thinking I have to be naked. It was nerve racking. Amy was fantastic. Everyone embraced the comedy,” John continued.
Asked how her girlfriend, Nikki Bella of Total Divas, feels after watching the romantic comedy, John said she was initially upset.
“Nicole had every right to be upset because I didn’t tell her about it at first. I never really approached her with ‘I’m trying to do this thing.’ Nicole had every right to be mad because I should have told her from the beginning,” John said.
But Nikki eventually understood.
“She’s great. A relationship is based on communication. She knows I’m head over heels in love with her.”
