Before Apple introduces the next iPhone to the world, let us have a look at all the rumors that have surrounded this smartphone for quite some time now.
So, the new iPhone is finally going to be here. And it is going to put an end to all the rumors. But still, there is a lot that we already know about this upcoming phone from Apple. The tech industry is just waiting for a confirmation.
The brand has confirmed that it will host an event on September 9 at IFA, Berlin and launch new gadgets and iPhones, including iPhone 6s. No specific details of other devices have been mentioned.
The website macrumors.com says, “Apple is expected to unveil its next-generation iPhones at a media event on September 9, 2015, and they may come with some impressive camera improvements.” This new iPhone is also said to be coming with ForceTouch and an improved Touch ID.
If macrumors is to be believed, Apple’s new smartphone will be available in different colors – Gold, Rose Gold, Silver and Space Gray, to be specific. Speculations about the design were also doing rounds. But there might be nothing special about the design of this new phone. It may be an exact copy of iPhone 6 with slight difference in the thickness.
An improved iPhone
If we go back to the rumors and the speculations that have been surrounding iPhone 6s, you will notice that all the news are about improvements made to the previous versions. Looks like before giving you a perfect iPhone, Apple is not going to look into iPhones that are completely new. Having said that, considering people’s demand for a fresh phone, the brand is making some subtle changes to the phone like introducing a Rose Gold iPhone.
iPhone 6s or iPhone 7?
Not even experts are sure what exactly this new iPhone will be called – iPhone 6s or iPhone 7. If we go by the majority, it has to be iPhone 6s, as this latest phone from Apple is not completely a new phone, but just an improved version.
