2016 Presidential Debate: Gennifer Flowers May Have Accepted Donald Trump’s Invitation

When it comes to throwing insults, verbally or otherwise, Donald Trump has been the undisputed king. After Hillary Clinton invited Mark Cuban to the first 2016 presidential debate, Trump’s response was to invite one of Bill Clinton’s former alleged mistress: Gennifer Flowers.

Not long after his invitation, a Twitter account appearing to belong to Flowers responded to his proposal. The tweet read “Hi Donald. You know I’m in your corner and will definitely be at the debate!”

While it was not confirmed whether the account belong to Gennifer Flowers, it was enough to catch the attention of Trump supporters as well as media outlets. Many are now eager to see how the first 2016 presidential debate will turn out with both Mrs. Clinton and Flowers at the same venue.

Interestingly, it was Hillary Clinton who fired the first shot by inviting Mark Cuban to the event, in the front seat no less. The billionaire entrepreneur best known for his role in “Shark Tank” has been a vocal critic of Donald Trump.

According to FOX News, his most recent swing at “The Donald” involved claims that the stock market will crash if the Republican nominee emerged victorious in November.

Trump responded to the invitation by tweeting a suggestion that he may ask a woman who had previously accused Bill Clinton of having an extramarital affair. His “guest” would also sit beside Cuban during the debates.

“If dopey Mark Cuban of failed Benefactor fame wants to sit in the front row, perhaps I will put Gennifer Flowers right alongside of him!” he wrote.

Flowers first gained notoriety after revealing she was in a sexual relationship with Bill Clinton. She came forward during his 1992 presidential election campaign claiming she had a 12-year relationship with him.

All seriousness aside, this did nothing more than prove that Donald Trump is adept at the art of insults. Will Gennifer Flowers also make an appearance and the 2016 presidential debate? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
