WWE heavyweight champion Dean Ambrose will be around for SmackDown on Thursday. And reports have it that he will once again come face-to-face with former world champion Seth Rollins.

Ambrose and Rollins face off

According to Wrestling Inc, Ambrose will be doing commentary when Rollins takes on Jey Uso for the July 7 episode of WWE Smackdown. Rollins will pick up the win but will eventually get in a heated exchange with the “Lunatic Fringe.” Ambrose stormed into the ring but Rollins scampered away, as the mind games continue between the two former “Shield” teammates.

Triple Threat brewing?

Chris Jericho was also doing guest commentary in the match pitting rivals Kevin Owen and Sami Zayn on WWE SmackDown with the latter picking up the win.

Zayn won the match thanks to some outside interference from Jericho and mayhem ensued after the match. Jericho landed his patented “Codebreaker” on Zayn, while Owens hit a pop-up powerbomb as the show came to a close.

While it seemed that Jericho and Owens were in cahoots, an earlier segment may prove otherwise. This is with reference to an off-ring segment on WWE Raw showing Y2J looking for his blue scarf. Owens was wearing it and the two had a verbal tussle.
