Al Jazeera reported that parties are open for the truce under certain conditions.

“We are still ready to resume this truce, but on the assumption that we will receive a message from those who are the patrons of terrorism with the guarantees that the civilians will have an opportunity to take advantage of this truce,” Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem said.

Likewise, the United States is making ammends for the “near-miss” situation in Syria wherein Washington blamed Moscow for the incident. Representatives of the US Air Force Central Command told their Russian counterparts that they will be taking the necessary measures to address the issue and manage the American pilots to avoid similar problems. The Defense Ministry also beloeves that the incident now proves that there is an established cooperation between Russian and American military in Syria, as reported by RT.
