Today’s Mortgage Rates Move Higher at Chase Bank – Monday, October 20 2014

For greater flexibility, Chase offers the popular 5/1 adjustable rate mortgage with an interest rate of 3.000% locked for five years with an APR of 2.914%. A 7/1 ARM is advertised today with a 3.125% interest rate for the first five years and a 2.991% APR to start.
Chase Refinance Rates
Refinance interest rates have also moved up at Chase on Monday. The standard 30-year refi loan is quoted at 4.000% with an APR of 4.093%. The shorter-term 15-year fixed refinance loan is published with a rate of 3.125% and a 3.287% APR.
Homeowners can lock into an adjustable rate mortgage to enjoy greater savings and flexibility. A 5/1 refi ARM is published with an interest rate of 3.125% locked for the first five years with a starting APR of 2.948%. Chase advertises a 7/1 adjustable rate refinance at a higher 3.250% today for the first seven years with a starting APR of 3.049%.
