Unlike DC, Marvel Studios hasn’t publicly released all the teasers revealed at SDCC. Not yet. Fans are still expecting the behind-the-scenes look at Thor: Ragnarok screened at SDCC Hall H.
While Marvel gave us a glimpse at The Hulk’s warrior costume from Thor: Ragnarok, fans still haven’t seen the hammer-wielding hero’s new look for the movie. According to previous reports, the God of Thunder now has short hair with warpaint drawn all over him.
The cast members from the movie are giving fans a sneak peak at the movie’s progress. On Tuesday, Karl Urban uploaded a picture featuring his new look as Skurge. Followed by Urban, Tessa Thompson also uploaded a picture on Instagram. The image reveals a set called “Valkyrie,” along with the sword she uses in the movie.
While it’s reasonable that the actress couldn’t share a behind-the-scenes image from the set, Thompson revealed her struggle in preparing for the role.
Earlier this month, Mark Ruffalo also shared his behind-the-scenes struggle when it comes to wearing a motion capture suit for The Hulk.
Directed by Taika Waititi, Thor: Ragnarok will be released on October 25, 2017. The movie will also adapt a storyline from the comics/animated series The Incredible Hulk. For now, fans can only wait for Marvel Studios to release a teaser trailer.
In other news, SDCC attendees got a good look at Kurt Russell’s Ego Costume in Guardians of the Galaxy 2. Although the teaser trailer still hasn’t been released, fans can take a look at the description here.
