One of the major characters of “The Walking Dead” may have been removed from the show.Advertisement
The show credits before and after the episode does not feature the name of Steven Yeun who plays Glenn Rhee. He is one of the favorite characters of the show and the change suggests that he is not in the list of the living anymore.
“The Walking Dead” recap suggests Glenn was at the bottom of a zombie pig pile. However, there were doubts if he actually died or not. The gruesome fate of the character could have been prevented if Nicholas had protected him. It seems that it hadn’t happened.
The showrunner Scott Gimple has something else to say about “The Walking Dead” show. He mentioned, “In some way, we will see Glenn, some version of Glenn or parts of Glenn again, either in flashback or in the current story to help complete the story.”
He has not mentioned how Glenn will be shown in the upcoming episode. However, fans believe that they will get to see Glenn as a zombie. Flashbacks of the star may not be enough for fans. It will only remind them how good he was in the show. Whatever happens will actually bring a twist to the show, for sure.
What do you think? Is Glenn dead or is it just a stunt of the showrunners? Feel free to leave your comments on this latest change in “The Walking Dead.”
