Teresa Giudice still can’t seem to get over the fact that she and her husband Joe Giudice have been involved in perhaps one the most highly publicized bankruptcy scandals in Hollywood.
Some observers say she may still be in denial over the legal issues they are currently embroiled in, a development which may actually not be too far from the truth.
It’s because she has reportedly been quite affront in pinning the blame on her hubby for the financial misfortune that has struck their family.
During a recent episode of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” Teresa Giudice confided with her brother that she was dismayed with Joe Giudice, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry, while quoting an Us Weekly report.
“I was mad that I got stuck with being involved,” she told Joe Gorga. “I should’ve made sure everything on those papers were correct before signing them, but nothing was done intentionally.”
To recall, the 44-year-old reality star’s woes started when she and her hubby were charged by a court in 2014 with conspiracy to commit mail, wire, and bank fraud, while also making false statements on loan applications.
The best-selling cookbook author has already spent a month in prison last year, while her better half is now currentlyserving a 42-month jail term.
But the interesting thing is, Teresa Giudice supposedly doesn’t want to take any responsibility for the bankruptcy case that has put her family’s reputation in a highly compromising position.
In fact, the mother of four has been very vocal in saying that she wants to cut ties with “anyone that is not loyal to her,” according to an earlier report by Us Weekly.
The subject of her ire was “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” co-star Jacqueline Laurita who mentioned early tabloid reports which discussed the possibility of Joe Giudice going to jail.
Teresa Giudice, who was perhaps was still recovering then from her one-month imprisonment for her participation in the bankruptcy case, shot back at Laurita, saying she has never mentioned the bankruptcy case of her husband Chris.
