Suicide Squad Teaser: Katana & Joker Billboard Poster, Screen Time Details Surface
DCEU’s Suicide Squad movie premiere date is just 23 days away. While it looks like we won’t be receiving any new trailers from now, Warner Bros. is still effective at promoting the movies through traditional advertising.Advertisement
Earlier today we spotted a billboard poster of Suicide Squad movie. The image reveals Katana and Joker side by side. A closer look at it and we can see that it also teases the Eyes of the Adversary. You can check out the image below.
According to Redditor Batwing4eva, the billboard is located in Times Square, the perfect location for mass promotion. We also came across a new feature on Suicide Squad official Twitter page. The video reveals Margot Robbie sharing her fear and concerns about the movie with Rob Gronkowski. You can check it out in the feed below.
In other news, AMC just confirmed the running time of Suicide Squad movie to be 2 hr 3 min as they updated their advance ticket column. Compared to its previous DCEU’s Batman v Superman, the movie has reduced approx 30 minutes of time stamp.
Suicide Squad still hasn’t confirmed the main supervillain for the movie. While previous poster teased The Joker as the mastermind behind it all, the producers suggested the main rival as The Adversary.
There are a lot of unanswered question from Suicide Squad plot that we could only expect to find out on its initial release. In Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Ultimate Edition, the ending scene revealed that Batman had already made plans to move Lex Luthor to Arkham Asylum. It could also be possible that he has a cameo role in the movie.
Suicide Squad will be released on August 5. Director David Ayer and the rest of cast will be appearing at Comic-con. We can probably expect one last trailer during the exhibition.
