‘Stranger Things’ will have a Season 2, announced Netflix. But will Eleven return as her normal self after having almost died in the previous season?
Despite not achieving the kind of success that Netflix had hoped for its original Sci-Fi series, “Stranger Things” seems to have impressed the audience enough to get it renewed for a second season, which will premiere sometime in the next year.
The exact release date is still under wraps, as is the fate of the central character of the series. While the series cannot possibly go on without Eleven, how she makes a comeback on the show is still debatable.
‘Stranger Things’ Season 2
Season 2 will take off where the previous season left off. If that is the case then, we will get to find out what happened to Eleven after her big sacrifice for her friends. Will her friends try and get her back on all costs? Will they be successful in doing so?
After Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven on the show, appeared recently with her “Stranger Things” co-stars on Jimmy Fallon, to promote their upcoming season, it became more than clear that the creators plan to bring back Eleven going forward into Season 2.

However, according to Ausiello on TVLine, Eleven “will be back in some form”. This could mean a number of things, including the fact that she might not be body and flesh, like her pals, when she returns from her encounter with Demogorgon.
Of course, nobody expects Eleven to go back to running around with her friends like nothing had happened, but the uncertainty about her fate has the fans worried that the character might only have a guest appearance on the show as opposed to having a regular spot.
