Stranger Things just keeps on getting better and better after its contriving first season ending. What’s in store for Stranger Things Season 2?
As if the main cast is not enough to justify the mystery behind the eerie occurrences in Hawkins, the Duffer brothers just made an addition to the cast – Sadie Sink as Max and Dacre Montgomery as Billy.
Sadie Sink, who portrayed Suzanna Ballard in American Odyssey, will play a character named Max in Stranger Things Season 2. A confident and a tough one, Max is a boyish girl who loves skateboarding. She has experienced a complicated past which is a valid reason why she sees everyone skeptically.
Sink seems to be preparing for her role and expressed her excitement on Twitter by tweeting, “YOU GUYS. I am so happy and thrilled to join the cast @Stranger_Things for season 2!! Thanks for all the love and support!” Some fans seem to be worried that Max will be the replacement of Eleven.

Dacre Montgomery will play Max’s older brother named Billy. His hobbies include stealing girlfriends from their boyfriends and being a jackass at drinking games by kicking butts. Billy drives a black Camaro which makes his character an edgy and alluring one. As the story goes by, Billy’s aggressive and violent stance will be discovered. Montgomery will also star in “Power Rangers” reboot next year.
Netflix has also announced Steve and Will’s recurring roles to be a permanent one in the next season. There’s only one character missing for season 2, and the production is still looking for the perfect one to fit the role as Roman, a male or female aged 30 to 38.
Stranger Things took the Internet by storm and has left its avid viewers feeling enthralled. The Netflix hit will surely provide their fans a compelling second season with a new addition to the cast.
Stranger Things Season 2 will premiere next year.
