The Sony Xperia Z5 sports a 5.2-inches IPS LCD screen, while the Xperia Z6 comes with a similar display size, 5.2-inches, but IPS WQHD screen. The screen resolutions of both screen vary, with the X5 having 1,080×1,920 pixel resolution and the X6 featuring 2,560×1,440 resolution.
The Sony Xperia Z5 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow but is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset, whereas the Xperia Z6 is based upon Android 6.0 Marshmallow and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor. In addition to this, the Zperia Z6 will supposedly come powered by Adreno 530 GPU for enhanced graphics quality.
This is one of the most highlighting features and fans are excited to know the difference of camera features between the two phones. Fans were pretty much happy with the Xperia Z5’s 23MP powerful rear camera. Good news is that the Xperia Z6 will also feature the same camera power for its rear sensor measuring 23MP.
Of course, the memory capacity of the Sony Xperia Z6 is a notch higher than the Xperia Z5. While the former Xperia Z5 was powered by 3GB of RAM and came with expandable memory storage of 200GB with microSD card, the Xperia Z6 is powered by 4GB of RAM and came with expandable memory storage of 512GB with microSD card, reports Christian Post.
