Warner Bros.’ most expected announcement for Suicide Squad has finally arrived. The studio has officially confirmed the release of an extended cut for David Ayer’s movie via a teaser trailer.
Recently, a leaked clip revealed new end credits for Suicide Squad. Fans were excited as it was meant to be a hint for an announcement of the Suicide Squad Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD.
The extended cut teaser clip revealed glimpses of Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn and Dr. Harleen Quinzel, along with some images of The Joker, Enchantress, and others. Check out the video below.
Warner Bros.’ official YouTube channel has also shown the release date of Suicide Squad extended cut on Digital HD. Save the date: November 15.
Furthermore, the Blu-ray will be released later on December 13.

The listing on Amazon has confirmed that Suicide Squad extended cut will contain 13 minutes of extra footage. Fans are sharing their delight on social media as the deleted scene involving The Joker and Harley Quinn confrontation will also be included.

After the failure of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, David Ayer’s Suicide Squad was considered a massive box office success for Warner Bros. As of now, the film has earned over $739 million worldwide.
