Three possible suspects are believed to be involved.
At least 14 people are confirmed dead. At least 14 are injured.
Suspects are believed to have fled in a black SUV.
The three suspects opened fired inside the Inland Regional Center, a center for people with disabilities.
The shooting remained active after two hours of the initial incident.
CSUSB will close its San Bernardino campus at 6 p.m.
