Samsung is launching the Samsung Galaxy S7 with all the latest technologies in the coming year. China Mobile’s presentation during an event in China says that the phone will be launched in March 2016. Now, rumors say that the company is also working on an 8-inch tablet, so will Samsung Galaxy Tab be launched along with Galaxy S7?
According to a report published by Gadgetz Arena, Samsung is working on a new 8-inch device with model number SM-T375S. The report says that the device has been spotted in databases of Wi-Fi Alliance and Bluetooth SIG. Samsung Galaxy Tab got Bluetooth certification on December 24, and Wi-Fi Certification on December 16.
Posted below are two pictures of the certification obtained by Samsung for the upcoming Galaxy Tablet:
These certifications do not give away many details about the device, but a listing on Zauba provides a few specs. The listing has suggested that Samsung Galaxy Tab has a screen size of 8 inches. This tablet was imported on December 7 in India for evaluation and testing. The price for imports was $103. That does not mean that this will be the selling price of this gadget.
When will Samsung Galaxy Tab be launched? No dates have been revealed yet. There’s no official announcement as well. But since this is an entry-level tablet, there are chances that it will be announced along with Samsung Galaxy S7.
