“Project Runway: All Stars” season 5 is back with a lot of drama. Thirteen designers will be participating in season 5. According to the latest news, Kini Zamora will be one of them.
Zamora, a Hawaii-based designer, finished third the first time he appeared on the show. He was part of “Project Runway” season 13. He was remarkable with his innovation and sewing skills. This time, he is back to claim his place at no. 1. He is surely going to be tough competition for the other contestants.
Kini was good in the season he participated in. He won three out of four challenges proceeding New York Fashion week. However, at the end, the judges did not find his designs attractive. He started all over again two days before the show. He lost to Amanda Valentine and Sean Kelly.
“Project Runway: All Stars” season 5 will start on February 11, 2016 on Lifetime. As per the latest trailer, Ken Laurence will be walking out of the show. Though there is no spoiler yet, it seems that he will quit the show and leave the building.
Season 5 premiere episode synopsis reads, “Thirteen all-star designers return, tapping into their past and inspirational life moments to create looks. The Season 5 premiere.” It is said that the winner of the previous seasons will return in one episode to provide competition for the participants of this season.
Isaac Mizrahi and Georgina Chapman will be judges for Project Runway: All Stars season 5. The season will be graced by guest judges Vanessa Hudgens, Deborah Messing, Boy George, Little Big Town, Brad Goreski, Kesha, and Nina Garcia.
