The creators of “Pretty Little Liars” love to play mind games with the audience, and the latest promo released of the upcoming season proves it! There seems to be a big possibility that Hanna ends up dead, despite the best efforts of the PLL gang.

‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 7

The much-anticipated promo of “Pretty Little Liars” season 7 is out, and it does not look pretty at all. From what can be judged from the tiny snippets of the characters in action, the main agenda seems to be #SaveHanna. That is, with the exception of Alison, who is in the mental asylum getting tortured, and Mary DiLaurentis, who is seen plotting her next move against PLL gang.

The “Pretty Little Liars” season 6 finale saw Hanna offering herself as bait and consequently getting abducted by “Uber A”. It becomes clear from the last message the girls receive – “The bell tolls for Hanna” – that Hanna’s life was in danger, reports MTV. The new bone-chilling trailer emphasizes that fact.

PLL Season 7

After Aria, Spencer and Emily are seen what appears to be digging a grave in the middle of the woods, the scene shifts. Suddenly, all of them, along with Ezra, Caleb and Toby, are seen getting scared by the limp body of a blond girl hanging from a church bell! Even though the face of the blond girl is not revealed, there remains a possibility that the body is Hanna’s. So will the girls fail to #SaveHanna?

As to the identity of “Uber A”, Marlene King, the showrunner of “Pretty Little Liars,” has a few theories.

“I said at the end of Season 5 that the Charlotte story wasn’t over, that we still had some mythology to come and now we’re going to answer a lot of that with Dr. Rollins and Mary,” said King in an interview with Zap2It. “We will find out the whole story of when [Elliot and Charlotte] met and how and who and where and what.”

But from the last hint revealed regarding “Uber A,” isn’t it supposed to be someone with the initials A.D.?

“Mary and Elliot are definitely our No 1 suspects moving forward because we’ve seen that they have a very ulterior motive, to say the least. So I wouldn’t cross them off the list just yet,” King stressed.

With the insane twists the show has been throwing at its audience for the past seasons, it is best not to guess anything as we go into season 7!
