According to the details provided by the show, the character Brianna is going to play an important part in the season 2 of “Outlanders.” The show that is adapted from novel by Diana Gabaldon will feature the woman character in her 20s. She is a strong minded woman, intelligent, has great sense of humor and is effortlessly charming.
Finding Brianna has been a major problem for the showrunners though. The character will be travelling back in time to meet her parents. The show runners were taking audition for the show as leaked by several reports. Either the audition tape or the sequence of audition came into notice. The following months after that were calm suggesting Brianna may already have been casted.
There has been news that “Outlanders” season 2 has some scenes that are not there in the novel. The previous season of “Outlanders” had a rape scene which was said to not being a part of the novel itself. However, the author of the book has mentioned, “It occurs as a very integral part of the plot. They filmed those scenes pretty much straight out of the book – the scenes in the prison and so forth.”
There are several such scenes in the first installment that are going to be explained in the second one. The “Outlanders” season 2 is going to premier in March 2016. Till then stay tuned and lend your eyes to the spoilers and updates.
