Nike will release a casual model on the first day of September. But this early, the Nike Roshe Two is already making a lot of noise on the sneaker market.
According to Nike, the Roshe Two will come out on September 1 in Iguana/Sail/Volt/Black colorway. The shoe sports a simple look, which fans grew to love about Roshe models.
The Nike Roshe Two features an Iguana green-based upper part with black Nike Swoosh on the side panel and a smaller one in white on the tongue. Volt hints were applied on the insole, which has a black classic Nike and Swoosh logo on it. It was then finished off with an all-white sole.
Nike noted that the Roshe Two is as light and as flexible as the Roshe One, which made a lot of waves on the market when it was released in 2012. The new Roshe Two features three layers of cushioning combined with a stretch upper part and simple makeup — a trademark of the Roshe line.
Nike Roshe Two designer Rylan Raasch shared his goal when he created the sequel to a popular casual shoe. Raasch said that his main goal is to provide a high-quality, uncomplicated shoe. “The simpler I could make it, the more profound it would become,” he said.
Based on how it looks, Raasch clearly achieved his goal. According to Nike, the Roshe Two is the perfect all-day, every comfort shoe. The design is simple but its elements are topnotch.
The Nike Roshe Two will be available in men’s sizing for $90 per pair. It will also come out in women’s sizing but the company has yet to reveal pricing details.
Aside from the Iguana edition, the Nike Roshe Two will also hit the market in Gym Red/Sail/Volt/Black and Midnight Navy/Sail/Volt/Black colorways for men. It will be available in Light Iron Ore/Volt/Volt/Light Iron Ore, Atomic Pink/Turf Orange/Sail and Copa/Cool Grey/White/Copa for women.
