The Nike Air Zoom Structure 20 will release in two new colorways later this week. It will be offered in both Men’s and Women’s sizes.
The Nike Air Zoom Structure debuted back in 1991. It was created for maximum stability and to prevent over pronation of the feet. Since then, it has spawned a number of variations over the years.
It’s twentieth iteration mixes classic design with modern technology. The lightweight runner is one of the hottest track apparel on the market today.
The Nike Air Zoom Structure 20 sports a Flymesh upper which provide comfort and flexibility. Other features include a Dynamic Support midsole and Nike’s patented Zoom Air cushioning technology in the forefoot, as per Nike.com.
“There have been several changes in the upper. Your feet will stay super fresh with Nike’s enhanced breathability,” said Fit Expert from Road Runner Sports. “The full mesh inner sleeve wraps your foot completely, really giving you that sock like fit.”
Its Dynamic Fit lacing system ensures a snug and secure fit. The top two eyelets are reinforced with Flywire lace loops that run all the way down to the midsole. The outsole consists of a segmented traction pattern with pentagonal shapes.
“Another cool update is the expansion of the honeycomb outsole pattern,” Fit Expert pointed out. “It goes all the way back to the heel instead solely being in the forefoot. You’ll feel confident with this added traction and durability.”
The Nike Air Zoom Structure 20 only had the honeycomb outsole pattern in the forefoot. Its heel area consisted of a flat center surrounded by wide lines.
The Nike Air Zoom Structure 20 is best for long distance running and everyday training. Its Blue/Ghost Green and Pink/Peach Green colorways will release on September 29, 2016. Men’s and Women’s sizes will retail for $120 on Nike.com.
