He lashed out at Giants’ wide receiver Odell Beckham after their encounter. Josh Norman demanded Beckham’s punishment from the league. The NFL suspended Beckham for one game. The League also unleashed a fine on Norman for two offenses against Beckham on Tuesday.

Now, it’s time for Norman to pay the price. He was fined $26,044 for a double offense. He was fined $8,681 for the facemask incident and $17,363 for hitting Beckham.

Norman was called for three personal foul penalties during Carolina‘s win over the New York Giants, while Beckham was pulled for three. Norman and Beckham were seen wrestling during the game. Beckham received a one-game ban for landing a blow on the Carolina Panther’s cornerback’s head.

Beckham appealed against his suspension but it was upheld after a hearing on Wednesday. Beckham will miss Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings. Norman has also appealed.

“The crazy part about all the unsportsmanlike conducts, I was just trying to be myself at the end of the day. I know one of those plays, I was in Cover 2, I was just jamming the man inside of the play and I got a personal foul called against me. And that was in the confines of the play, within the whistle.” Norman said. “That wasn’t after the whistle, that was within the whistle. … They’re probably going to send me something about that … but I’m going to appeal it, and I’m going to get my justified case about the whole situation.”
