Nexus 5 Comes in Bright Red Version in Time for Valentine’s
Are you having a hard time thinking about an ideal and romantic gift for your partner this coming Valentine’s Day? You don’t have to worry anymore because you can get the best present that would please your significant other. A new smartphone would surely do.
In line of the upcoming season of love, Nexus 5 is coming in bright red version. This new and colorful model would start selling at Google Play sometime this week. Obviously, it was timed for the Valentine’s but there is no advisory yet if it would be a regular offering or if it would just last for the season.
Bright red Nexus 5 for the season
The bright red Nexus 5 would join its traditional counterparts, in black and white. But like its more conservative siblings, the red variety would come in 16GB and 34GB versions. Price tags would be at $350 and $400, respectively.
In general, the new variant of the mobile device would be having the same specifications and features as the traditional versions. The only difference would be the new coat of red paint of the exterior. The red hue would be covering both the back and sides of the handset. There would also be an earpiece that has the same bright red color.
Ideal Valentine’s gift this season of love
The Nexus 5 was launched in October last year. It features a 4.95-inch full HD display with resolution of 1,920 X 1,080 pixels. It runs in Qualcomm Snapdragon 8- processor. It also operates on Android 4.4 KitKat, which is the latest version of the operating system. That time, it was just one of the few new handsets that has the new OS.
The Nexus 5 was designed and manufactured by LG Electronics. It has 1.3 megapixels of camera at the front, while the back shooter has 8 megapixels. It is even equipped with optical image stabilization.
The bright red Nexus 5 is now available at the Google Play store. It can be ordered online and can be expected to be shipped within just a day or two. Right now, the device is listed as it is available. There is no indication yet if supplies would be abundant or limited but it is safe to assume that it could be enjoyed while supplies last or while the Valentine’s season is still at hand.
