140 employees escape ISIS during kidnapping in a factory in Syria. Employees for a cement factory in Reef Dimashq, Syria were believed to have been kidnapped when ISIS attacked their area. According to a report from the Syrian Observatory For Human Rights, as much as 170 are still being detained by the Islamic State.

According to Operation Inherent Resolve spokesman Steve Warren, “Both of these strikes deprive ISIL of motivated foreign fighters who had displayed leadership aptitude.”

Model to pursue case against Trump model agency. Even after her case was thrown out in a U.S. court in New York, model Alexia Palmer is still pursuing her case against Trump Model Management LLC.

According to a report from Reuters, Palmer is accusing the company of defrauding her of as much as $225,000 in pay. This is because her work-visa application stated that she would receive a salary of $75,000 per year. Instead, Palmer claims she only earned $3,380 during the three years of her contract as the agency took 80 percent of her earnings.
