New ‘Justice League’ Series In Cartoon Network, Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman & More Unveiled In Promo Art
Due to the hype of DC Rebirth comics and DC Extended Universe’s Justice League movie for 2017, fans may have missed announcements on an important series making its way to Cartoon Network.Advertisement
Unlike the classic Justice League Unlimited, Comic Book Movie has confirmed that the series will be launching 11-minute shows, suggesting that the series is targeted to younger fans. Judging by the recently released promo art, it seems to portray fun, bright and entertaining DC superheroes.
Justice League Action seems to start with other superheroes like Arrow, Firestorm and Plastic Man. Moreover, the show will be voiced by Kevin Conroy for Batman, Mark Hamill for The Joker, James Woods for Lex Luthor, and Diedrich Bader for Booster Gold.
According to Cosmic Book News, the plot for Justice League Action goes, “Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman lead the DC Comics Super Heroes against their most infamous foes in adventures packed with relentless thrills, fun and action. No need to wait for the good stuff to start, each eleven-minute episode jumps in with lightning-paced action and heroics. Whether defending the Earth, facing invaders from space, or battling the bizarre forces of magic, the always-rotating team of Justice League heroes, are up to any challenge.”
The exact release date of Justice League Action is yet to be announced, but fans can expect the show this fall. For now, check out the promo art below.
