Gordon’s expected timetable return is 4-6 weeks, the team announced on Wednesday. He featured in 41 games for the Pelicans this season. Gordon posted averages of 14.9 points, 2.7 assists, 2.1 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 33.4 minutes per contest. He has notched up 101 three-pointers this season.
Gordon scored 11 points including three 3-pointers against the Timberwolves.
“He brings lot to the table. He’s shooting the ball well, and it’s going to be tough without him, but we’ve still got to find a way to win,” revealed teammate Anthony Davis.
Gordon had attempted for a basket, when Timberwolves forward Nemanja Bjelica swiped in, injuring Gordon’s ring finger.
