Bledsoe is expected to miss extended time with a knee injury. The player underwent a knee surgery in 2014, a midseason injury that forced him to miss 33 games. This time, there are fears that Bledsoe has sustained a possible meniscus damage to his knee.
Bledsoe could be out till the All-star break, according to initial diagnosis. His damage could well require surgery.
Bledsoe underwent an MRI on Sunday and is considering all the treatment options available. Bledsoec was going through a purple patch in his career this season by averaging 20.4 points, 6.1 assists and 2 steals per game.
The Suns’ are going through a struggling phase. There are disturbances in the locker-room. Markieff Morris threw a towel at coach Jeff Hornacek for benching him during the previous game, as reported by the Morning News USA on Friday. Morris was suspended for two games by the team management. Now, after Saturday’s loss, Hornacek is facing the fire. The Suns have lost 15 out of their past 20 games.
