One of the features that has gamers buzzing is the increased involvement of all-time college teams.

In NBA 2K16, you were allowed to select between 10 colleges, namely Arizona, Georgetown, Kansas, Louisville, Michigan (Wolverines), Texas, UCLA, Connecticut, Villanova and Wisconsin, in the MyCareer mode.

However, there was no option to play with the college teams in other online modes such as Play Now Online or even offline modes.

NBA 2K17: How to download add-ons?

Each all-time college team costs $1.99 each or you can just buy the entire bundle for $14.99.

The all-time Spartans team includes the likes of Magic Johnson, Draymond Green, Zach Randolph and Steve Smith. The all-time Demon Deacons team includes Tim Duncan and Chris Paul.

Brian Mazique of reported that the all-time teams are strictly for the Play Now (Online or Offline) modes and cannot be altered with.

“However, there are a few details that anyone purchasing these add-ons should know: the teams can only be used in Play Now mode. This means you can’t edit the teams or players included.

“Depending on what your plans are with the teams, this might be a deal breaker. While the overall concept of all-time college teams hasn’t been fully fleshed out, I am hoping this move is a precursor to a return to the College Hoops 2K series,” reported Mazique.

The Forbes report added that by NBA 2K18, we could be witnessing the addition of more than just 10 college teams. The developers of the game need to procure the licenses to create a more enhanced college experience.
