What's This?

The latest “Nashville” season 5 spoilers revealed that Hayden Panettiere and eight other cast members are coming back.

As they return, what exciting details should the show’s fans must expect?

It can be noted that back in May, ABC cancelled the fifth season of the American TV drama series, but in June, CMT announced that it will already be “Nashville” season 5’s new home.

Does this development suggest that innovation and changes to how “Nashville” season 5 will run?

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, aside from Juliette Barnes played by Hayden Paniettiere, Connie Britton (Rayna James), Charles Esten (Deacon Claybourne], Jonathan Jackson (Avery Barkley), Clare Bowen (Scarlett O’Connor), Sam Palladio (Gunnar Scott) and Chris Carmack (Will Lexington) are all returning.

However, when it comes to what happened to the plane which carried Juliette at the final episode of “Nashville” season 4, the report noted that the show’s writers still “need to figure out a storyline.”

With the series’ transfer to CMT, whose name means Country Music Television, it was hinted that country music will be highlighted, especially that musical sisters Maddie Conrad (Lennon Stella) and Daphne Conrad (Maisy Stella) are set to join the “Nashville” season 5 cast.

Speaking at the Tennessee Screenwriting Association seminar, show creator Callie Khouri refused to give some hints about the fate of Juliette – whether she died or not after her plane was found missing, CMT reported.

“I’m not going to tell you!” she stressed. “I’m not telling you anything. You’ll have to wait and see.”

Of course, with Hayden Panettiere reprising her roles, her character dying does not make sense. This is not impossible though, anything can happen after all.

Relative to the network picking up “Nashville” season 5, the Oscar winner had this to say, “It’s certainly a good fit for CMT, as they try and get into a scripted universe. Our show is a quality show just in terms of production.”
