Still have Nokia Music etched in your memory? The service was rebranded as MixRadio in the year 2013. After Microsoft bought Nokia’s Devices and Service Unit in 2014, MixRadio was sold off to Line Corporation, the developer of the famous instant messaging service Line.

From today onwards, MixRadio – initially available only on Windows Phone handsets – will also be available on Android and iOS.

As described for the Android and iOS version, MixRadio, a free streaming service, “learns the artists you like, giving you a personalized experience.” Its library has more than 35 million songs, and thousands of handcrafted mixes. It also allows users to download a limited number (4) of top mixes on their devices so they can be listened offline as well.

MixRadio is available in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, Finland, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.
