Microsoft and LG are gearing up to release their flagships: Microsoft Lumia 650 and LG G5. Both products are shaping up to be interesting lineups and now the question is, which flagship is better than the other?
Microsoft’s Lumia 650 is expected the last of its kind as the company will focus more on Surface Phones. Nonetheless, it appears Microsoft wants to end things on a good note as a recent store card leak of the product offers the following specs:
- 8MP Camera
- 5MP Front Facing
- 97″ Display
- 3GHZ Quad Core
- 16GB Memory
- HD Voice Ready
- Features Glance Screen
It also came with the description: “The best of Windows, Uncompromised design and performance. The sleek metal design seals a powerful package for multi tasking and fast internet access.”
As for LG G5, the company posted on its official Facebook Page that the device will come with an ‘Always On’ feature. This does not mean the regular display will not turn off rather; basic details like notification, time, date and other similar information will be flashed through the screen via a black-and-white scheme.
Gizmodo also reported that the company will depart from its usual designa nd introduce the metal LG G5. The display will also shrink because of a a new second-ticker display technology plus dual lens screen. The same features found n the LG V10. Like similar upcoming Android phones, LG is also expected to release the LG G5 running on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 though RAM is also expected to be around 3GB. Other features to watch out include:
- Magic Slot that turns the device into a modular phone
- 16 megapixel rear camera/8 megapixel front camera
- 2,800 mAh battery
As for the right flagship, this will still depend on the preferences of the user. The specs list, however, should help compare the two devices.
