Limited-time Offer: PlayStation Now 1-year Subscription For $99.99

Sony has announced that from December 8, PlayStation Now will offer its 12-month subscription for just $99.99. This is a “limited-time only” offer.

Sony has announced that from December 8, PlayStation Now will offer its 12-month subscription for just $99.99. The company also stated that this is a “limited-time only” offer but has not yet mentioned the end date. In a post, the company claims they will be adding new games every month.

Eight dollars per month is an irresistible offer. What if you are already a PlayStation Now subscriber? As stated in the announcement, “You can purchase the 12-Month Subscription on PlayStation Store to extend your current 1-Month or 3-Month subscription.” Starting December 8, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment will be releasing a few games for PlayStation Now subscribers:

1. Batman: Arkham Asylum (New)
2.Batman: Arkham City (Existing)
3.Batman: Arkham Origins (New)
4.Injustice: Gods Among Us (New)
5.Mortal Kombat (New)
6.F.E.A.R (New) [Single-Player Campaign Mode]

The four most popular LEGO games will also be added: The LEGO Movie Videogame, LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4, LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7, LEGO Batman: The Videogame. Now comes the most important part. On the PlayStation Store, Sony posted a notice with regards to what you need for a PlayStation Now subscription. Sony said,

“To use this subscription, you need a free PlayStation Network account, PlayStation Now compatible device (including PS4, PS3, PS Vita, select Sony Bravia TVs, select Sony Blu-ray Disc players or select Samsung Smart TVs), a compatible DualShock controller and a 5Mbs or greater broadband Internet connection. You also need to accept the PlayStation Network Terms of Service. Service availability and performance may vary by area or other factors.” 

Sony is also offering a free 7-day trial. As the performance of the game will depend on various factors like internet connection and the device used for streaming, a free trial is recommended.
