Rumors that Kim Kardashian has faked her robbery heightened even after she released a new video documenting the aftermath of the heist.Advertisement
The 35-year-old reality star, who was allegedly robbed by five armed men in her Paris hotel room, was said to have faked the robbery and is just part of a publicity stunt.
She then filed a lawsuit against Media Takeout, a blog who first reported that Kim Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner faked her robbery, which allegedly cost her $10 million.
In a new video posted by Radar Online, who was said to be taken hours after Kim Kardashian’s horrific ordeal with the gunmen, the reality star was seen sitting in a couch of her hotel room.
The release of the video is supposedly as proof that Kim Kardashian was attacked and should support her claims that she was indeed robbed.
However, a source from the entertainment website saw holes in the new evidence.
The report added that “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star looked calm while sitting on a couch, her hair was neatly combed, and her wrists—which was said to have been tied with a duct tape—does not have any markings on it.
“In the video, you can see there are no marks on Kim’s face or wrists,” Beverly Hills defense attorney Adam Michael Sacks said. “If she was gagged and bound, she would have bruising. She also appears very calm.”
In the video, the apartment also looked undisturbed and the doors were not damaged.
“The tape could help Media Takeout’s case,” he added in another Radar Online report.
Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian’s rep said that the video was taken five hours after the incident, and that the video does not represent the star’s state of mind at that moment.
Last Octboer 3, the news broke that Kim Kardashian was robbed in high-end hotel Paris L’Hôtel de Pourtalès by five armed men who were dressed as cops, US magazine said.
Reports said that she was lying in her bed when the men break-in and taped her wrists and ankles with a duct tape. She was then led to the bathroom and was locked in there before the men escaped with $10 million worth of jewelry.
