Khloe Kardashian, who seems to be perfectly fit right now, experienced health issues when she broke up with Lamar Odom. She also experienced the same when she was forced to take care of him when he was hospitalized, even though they were already separated.
Khloe, who already filed a divorce with Odom, is still legally married to the NBA player, even though they do not live together anymore. Apart from being legally separated, it seems that Khloe’s emotions are still invested on her ex. When he was hospitalized, she spent time taking care of him. She spent around six weeks by his side.
In her interview with Shape magazine, she revealed that being the dedicated and caring person that she is, those six weeks took a toll on her body. It hampered her exercise routine, and she lost some weight due to the emotional and physical turmoil she had gone through.
Still, she divulged to the magazine that she is now more than committed to being healthy. She said she earned her sexy body by sheer exercise and the love that she developed towards herself.
“Once I realized I could shed some pounds that way, I began working out regularly with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, and I made a commitment to get healthy,” she said.
“He taught me that the trick to staying motivated is to find what you really love to do. We did cardio, calisthenics, circuit training, Pilates, and boxing,” she added.
Khloe is a regular of the gym these days. When at home, she continues her fit lifestyle by going on the treadmill as well. Speaking with E! Online, she said, “If I don’t have time to go to a class, I use the treadmill I have at home. This morning I couldn’t go to the gym, so I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, and now I feel so happy.”
It seems that Khloe has found her peace of mind and good health through exercise. This is not because Khloe is not extremely comfortable in her skin. Quite the opposite; she said she was happy with her curves.
