“It’s a little odd,” the Daily News quoted James as saying. “My kids see it all over the place. They were in the city the other day and they saw all these buses going by with daddy’s face on it. So they took pictures to show me.”
He added: “You take it with a grain of salt, because it could be somebody else’s face up there. May be it’ll be soon.”
He previously starred in CBS series ‘King of Queens,’ which ended in 2007 after running for 9 seasons. According to a report by the New York Times, the series begins with Kevin retiring as a policeman after 20 years of service. He plans to spend a lot of time with his wife Donna, who does the daily chores mostly by herself, including raising the children.
While the youngest two are still at home, it is the older child who appears to be the one that’s going to be the important one and apparently a change in her personal life gives the show its title. The garage that Kevin and Donna had been planning to put on rent to earn some retirement income has to go to their daughter, compelling Kevin to look for jobs, which ends up spoiling everything he and his retirement buddies had been planning.
According to a report by the IGN, one of the interesting facts about ‘Kevin Can Wait’ is that it begins on the same note that NBC’s Coach began with and thus it can offer some of relief to those who had been grieving the end of the series.’Kevin Can Wait’ deals with a sports crazy dad who is forced to accept his daughter’s quirky fiancé.
