Kim Kardashian reportedly headed Los Angeles to spend time with her family as she feels safer there. The Kardashians, with the exception of Caitlyn Jenner, have been keeping mum since Kim’s ordeal in Paris.
The family’s hit show “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” has been put on hold indefinitely, while Kim Kardashian herself canceled all of her upcoming appearances.
“Kim’s well-being is our core focus right now. No decision has been made as to when production will resume,” the Variety quoted a spokesperson for E! as saying. The back half of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” will be returning on October 23, and that premiere day has not been moved. However, it is not clear which season was being filmed currently.
The reality star emerged from her New York City apartment with her husband Kanye West and two children, North and Saint.
“She has cancelled everything for the next several weeks and will not be working,” the US Weekly quoted a source as saying. “She feels safer in LA and wants to be home with her family.”
Kardashian kept her head low, covering it with a large white hoodie and a cap as she emerged from the apartment, the Mail Online reported. She cradled her daughter in her arms as she reached for the car, while Kanye followed close by carrying Saint. There was tight security around the family following Kim’s scary experience in Paris.
The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star was tied up and robbed in Paris by a group of robbers, who made off with jewellery worth millions of dollars. The star headed for New York shortly after to reunite with her husband, who cut short a performance citing family emergency.
“Kim Kardashian West was held up at gunpoint inside her Paris hotel room this evening, by two armed masked men dressed as police officers. She is badly shaken but physically unharmed,” a rep of Kim Kardashian said following the incident.
