On Sunday, the royal family, Prince William, Prince Harry and Kate Middleton, led the way on a new campaign entitled “Heads Together.” The royal family’s campaign is associated with several charities, which aims to eliminate stigmas of mental health.
Prince William, Prince Harry and Kate were joined with several other individuals, including children, and they were sporting teal headbands that read #HeadsTogether.
As stated by PEOPLE, Kate said, “Mental health is just as important as physical health,” while Prince Harry said, “We can all play our part by talking and listening to each other and helping each other find support.”
E Online reported how Prince Harry was spotted laughing and taking pictures of Prince William using a phone. Prince William finally said to get their heads together and change the discussion on mental health.
While Prince William, Prince Harry and Kate were laughing and joking around as they present themselves for a photo shoot. Prince Harry asked them to do a serious one. But, William was like mocking his brother as he echoed “Do a serious one?”
Kensington Palace claimed that “Heads Together” campaign will be the biggest single project that Prince William, Prince Harry and Kate have collaborated together.
Catherine Roche, the chief executive of Place2Be (one of Kate’s charities) said in a statement that they are “delighted” to be part of the “ground-breaking Heads Together campaign.”
Kate, William and Harry promoted similar causes before. Kate once took part with children in a PSA for Mental Health Week 2016. In March, Kate and William also have an acquaintance with a man who tried to commit suicide. While Prince Harry has also expressed his opinions publicly before about the stigmas of mental health.
