A new trailer of “The Leftovers” season 2 is released in HBO and the premiere will be telecast at 9 p.m. on Sunday, October 4, 2015.

Tom Perrotta’s “The Leftovers” novel has been created into a drama series by Damon Lindelof and Perrotta himself and is aired in HBO. The trailer is seen focusing on the town Jarden, Texas which looks mysterious and haunting. The trailer also shows Kevin Garvey relocating his family from New York to the Texas town, according to IBTimes.

The town that looks beautiful and harmonious at the beginning of the trailer appears mysterious and troublesome later. It makes us feel that the drama is going to be much different from season 1, but in turn, it promises us a new experience. The drama could be having a religious touch and in brief, the town would be a brewery of trouble. The episodes would be packed with miracles.

Though “The Leftovers” season 2 will be featuring a different plot and a new location, the characters in the drama will be the same, like what Justin Theroux, the show’s star, noted. He added, “You have to keep it light. When the work has to be done, the work has to be done, but if you don’t keep it a little light at times, everyone’s going to be miserable. It’s not a space you want to live in when a camera isn’t rolling,” as reported by People.
